Animeism | Anime News

Animeism.org is a non-profit organization whose mission is to promote the development of the online anime community through technology, entertainment & networking.

Animeism.org will begin its campaign to revolutionize and unify the anime community, starting with the marquee Midwest event – Anime Central, in Chicago, IL. Animeism.org will be in attendance promoting astute views on community building, information sharing, consolidation and unification of the anime community itself.

Anime Central is the Midwest’s leading anime convention, recording well over 25,000 attendees each of the last four years. People from all around the world come for costly, celebrities, booth displays, promotions and parties celebrating anime and Japanese culture.

The foundation of Animeism.org comes from the experiences of Anthony Gracey-Wright, Xhafer Husen and Alexander Smolinski, who created and managed several anime sites leading up to this project. The organization’s new target is to congregate, educate, and inspire anime enthusiasts and professionals with a determination to nurture the anime community into a group that thrive and promote from within.

“We’re especially excited to debut at Anime Central,” said Anthony Gracey-Wright, co-founder of Animeism.org. ‘Our organization has strong ties to Anime Central. For most of us, this is where we truly got into anime. Through Animeism.org, we will empower and educate the anime community with the belief that we could go so far as to help a causal enthusiast create their own fan site or even their own manga. We’re just excited to give back to a community that gave us so much.”

Animeism.org is the new leading home for anime news, reviews, entertainment, and development tools for the anime community. Animeism.org’s mission is to lead by example, creating an informed, pertinent information source to support the anime community. Animeism.org will continue to be the principal location and a fervent supporter of, anime and Japanese culture as a whole.
